7 units in an exclusive area with spectacular views of the Pacific ocean were designed to allow 5 condominums with an overhead pool/garden. These units were accessed from the street below. Two additional units including the owner's unit were accessed from the upper street with its own roof top pool area.

This was a total re-do of a residence right on Marina Boulevard in San Francisco with terrific bay views. It also contained a lower level which was not appropriately utilized. The project entailed a separate in-law suite at the lower level, a new kitchen/dining area and three bedrooms including MBR suite upstairs with a view of the bay.

The entire project was essentially 'inside the envelope' in order not to have to cause delays in the permitting process and therefore there was very little in the way of exterior modifications.
